Project Administrator

Salary: 20-30k pro rata

Term: Approx 12 months


Who are we looking for?

Eadon Consulting are recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator. The role, which will support a project running over approximately a 12 month period, will require a flexible approach as it is likely that working hours will differ on a weekly basis and may range from 10-40 hours.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate good interpersonal skills along with a technical and methodical approach to their work. They will also need to be able to build good working relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

With a minimum of 12-18 months experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will be highly organised and have superb time management skills. They should show the ability to prioritise tasks whilst working to deadlines in this fast paced role. IT literacy is essential along with knowledge of working with a wide scope of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel.

How your day to day role might look:

-         The management of incoming and outgoing project documents.

-         The management and checking of project timesheets and timecodes.

-         Document checking and formal issuing.

-         The use of Microsoft Office to create and maintain document templates and spreadsheets.

-         Liaising with our clients’ Document Controllers.

-         Upholding document processes for audit purposes.

-         Maintaining document registers for changes and issued work.

-         Working with a close, friendly team.
