Owing to our growth, we are currently looking for design engineers who are talented individuals that would thrive in this environment and help to contribute to both our capability and the future direction of the company.
The ideal candidate would be able to demonstrate:
- Able to contribute to all aspects of the growing business.
- Experience of successfully working across a range of different sectors.
- Experience of using a wide range of engineering skills and principles including hand calculations, finite element analysis and 3D CAD.
- Excellent written communication skills, able to adapt their style for both technical and non-technical documents.
- Excellent verbal communications, able to communicate complex technical concepts to others.
- Creative thinking, able to solve complex problems and develop concept designs.
- Experience of developing designs from concept through to detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Project management skills, able to deliver projects from initial client contact through to manufacture and commissioning.
- A minimum of a 2:1 degree qualification or equivalent professional experience in mechanical or structural engineering.
